87 year old Gate Lepine's Message to Canadians

Gate met Stompin’ Tom Connors in 1964. That day, they became best friends and songwriting partners, one an Anglo and one a Francophone. For all of their lives, they traveled the county singing songs of unity, not afraid to tell all that Canada is worth fighting for.

Shortly after they met, Gate wrote this song…It Takes A Lot A Homes To Make A Country.
